First it might be storage or ram issue .. if the ram or storage is overloaded it could cause it

Secondly software issues can cause it

Possible solution you can restart your phone or clear th3 cache on your phone
Then uninstall any recently installed apps
Lastly update your os .. you can check for the updates

I hope it helps

Thanks for the response, it can't be a RAM issue because it is a new phone and it is being used my mom who doesn't have much apps installed and the one thing the phone is used for is Whatsapp.

I will ask that the cache be cleared by someone as you have advised.

Seethow:
Can you send the video of this on WhatsApp??

The thing is, it doesn't happen often and i am not even the one with the phone but my mom.

There's this Umdigi G9A that keeps hanging/freeze for a long time and won't respond until it goes off and you charge again.

And it's a new phone.

Please what could be the problem and what is the solution?
