Really, and your leaders and big men come here for medicals and relaxation? So people don’t have project here ? Can you save 2 million naira cash monthly from your project? After all expenses ?? Not earn, save.
Lol. I'm on a 100 M per annum project.

You think Nigeria is all broke and poor as decades back. You're on a long thing. I repeat for emphasis, abroad isn't always richer and better

Good luck

Unfortunately, they wouldn't. The suffering mentality one reads here is baffling. Guess we are so used to suffering and now see it as a norm.
I own my company. I've never worked for anyone before. But I know how to not get unecessarily puffed up.

Youths of now adays don't want any struggle o. They just everything to be red carpet or a microwaved path to wealth and glory.

I am sorry to say, but she has to be a woman. An average guy will keep quiet and do his job and manage that place.
They don't have value. Hence they can't bring value to any enterprise to improve it

That isn't part of the condition and the company isn't doing her a favor. If you say the job comes with an accommodation, the accommodation should be decent and conducive enough for living. She shouldn't be fixing their property. People should watch out for such greedy employers as they can never do any better.
Why not start a business and employ the one you're looking for job for to understand how running a business is about

Well, I respect your view and like your approach to life.

Most likely that OP will be a lady. They don't really want to think that way.

You are not employed as a management staff for Christ sake. That room there is OK, you just need to tosh it up to your own taste.

Or manage it like that and collect your salary.
Respect my brother. We need to do better as a society

Guy you fking get? Me sef am still wondering what's so bad about this. Are you expecting a well furnished and cleaner out house? There are some things people should do themselves without being told.
For this naija you no one should be teaching someone how to hustle o
It's sickening my brother. The entitlement is mad

Sir, nobody is making excuses for the company. Nigeria is not a perfect system and unemployment is still 33.33%. You will never get a perfect company or organisation in an economy with Nigeria's metrics (borrowing cost of 14% and inflation rate at 18.6%.).

She needed the place painted and a few other things fixed. Meaning, the place is not entirely bad as other 6 staff are living in the same staff quarters before her arrival. She could improvise or approach it differently. Lets be realistic, that company has a choice. Unemployment is 33.33%.

She seems to be at war with the company. She is on LinkedIn begging people to help her make the post go viral. Causing all kinds of problems within a month of employment. Do you think people will want her drama going forward?

She can't manage crisis and not a team person. She is demarketing herself.
You're seeing things the way I see it. There are employees who come to businesses looking to make drama and start a trend not knowing it's theirselves they're demarketing

That accommodation I am see so is a luxury compire to the one I stayed in for 18 months in a remote village in a village close to Cameroon in Akampka LG

95% of Men that find themselves in that position would have adjusted and manage the situation pending when something better comes up...

Remembered when I gut a job as an excavator operator what the promised me was not what I saw when I resumed. Especially the accommodation.

Spent 18 months in a remote village with a shiity accommodation clearing forest for a multinational company who didn't give a fucck about my wellbeing but I did my job anyway. 18 months later I was more experience, more hardened and more financially buoyant that those that left because of the working conditions then. Today I have a small company I manage for myself 70% of the capital used in opening that came from that job.

Some of my colleagues then are still carrying files up and down looking for a job with acomfortable conditions/environment.
This is the exact situation I'm talking about. They ditch opportunitirs for flu sy reasons saying another will come. While those that ditched the shitty conditions move up both in experience and finance. God bless you my brother

They have spiritually tied you. Nothing near the house will work. Go far from your father's household and village. Far off. Begin here

After treating the spiritual, focus on physical.

Go for training on how to drive. Car, Okada, Korope. When you complete this training, go to any car park and ask for park chairman. Tell them you can drive and like to take up daily deliver job. They will get you a car, on a daily, you can make up to 4,000 Naira and up to 120,000 Naira monthly

Before you do business after you leave home, first find a deliverance church and minister and complete your deliverance. Otherwise the car go dey knock for your hand

Focus on your talent. Na hand God give you talent not brain. Leave schooling etc alone
