How much to get me power steering pump for 2007 Toyota corolla? Either new or tokunbo.

Bought a Honda Accord 2004 toks manual tranny around June

By July ending it started jerking and stalling in motion,though it starts without any issue when this comes up repeatedly,even when it is stationery the engine switches off and before it does that it makes a sound like when two live wires touch each other,the sound does come from under the steering wheel,at first I thought it was the ignition wire but it was not and it's not the fuel pump,I've changed some power relay of course via the local rewire man but fault still persists

Eventually I took it for a scan and this is what I got



Ecm/pcm internal circuit , malfunction power control



Vtec oil pressure switch circuit,high voltage

Please how can this be rectified?

I don't reside in Lagos and here they just have machines but can't interprete what it says ,I again a rewire technician asking you to google what the code means and all
I woukd appreciate matured responses

I once asked a roadside vocah what PSI my tyre needed, he said '50' like a boss, I was wowed! Asked why, he smiled and pointed to a spot in the tyre where it was written ''51psi max''. I simply told him to use 40psi and ran for my dear life.

If 35psi is recommended as in most cases, why does the tire look a bit visually deflated where strictly applied? Especially with not too new tires?
