Now I just got cured of mouth odour that lasted for 14 years, I live in the US, and i have used all the available toothbrushes and mouthwashes here in America. Also my dentist (an american - Dr. Manning)could not figure out a solution. I found the solution from the paper one Doctor wrote.

1. Raw Yoghurt - one cup everyday (the sour one. It will restore the Acidophilus bacteria into your intestine)

Hmm your Mum experience such symptom(sorry sir if this sound offensive)but does nothing about it,now you also is going through the same pain.I don't know how severe the pain was{for u 2 endure}. I could remember, few years ago when i do complain about the pain to my mum {u know mothers, always with positive thought} she will scold me and say ('nigba ti ejekuje e tipoju') it's because i take much of sugary things,but deep down me i hardly take sugary things and i know is far beyound this ....to cut the story short i started my medication personnally early last year when i gain my admission. It is likely the ulcer is not in the stomach but your duodenum. Gastric (stomach ulcers) are relieved by eating but symptoms of duodenal ulcers are worsened after a meal.
Gastric ulcer tend to be common in heavy built folk while duodenal ulcer victims are usually skinny.
Get a doctor to examine you and recommend treatment.
