Dear V O
Please we are using a surrogate because we have been trying to have a baby for about 15 year.
We will like the lady to give birth in Atlanta and we have already contacted a Lawyer in Atlanta who is helping us with the legal part.
We will like to know the procedure of obtaining a visa for the surrogate.
All Doctor and Hospital bills have been paid and we also have a receipt of paid accommodation. We also have the bank statement that can show that we can afford it.Myself and my wife have US visa as we have been to USA couple of times. We only need a visa for the surrogate.The surrogate is a mother to 2 children and she also have a business here to show that she will be returning after Birth
We will appreciate it if you can help as we will like to know if we can actual apply for a visa for the surrogate and how to go about it.
