Hello! Has it been rectified? Operator keeps singing the same line each time I call them. "Keep refreshing the page"

Guys, I'm yet to submit my application though I have completed it, but I did not click on the submit tab. I viewed the summary page and I was trying to edit my educational background and by the time I eventually clicked on update, it took me to an empty summary page . I tried logging in again but it says that I have completed the application but I need to submit. Help pls nairalanders

Each time I try to continue with the NPC adhoc staff recruitment by entering my NIN or Application ID, the system returns with this "you have completed the application". I was at the Guarantor section when the network started to mess up. I have been refreshing the page several times for the past one week as the operator had told me but no result still. Is this how I will keep refreshing till the deadline date? Please house, help me out.
