Fuckyoumod: And you believe that his refinery cost $23 Billion? How come that it is only dangotes refinery that is the most expensive on earth?
Mumu Nigerians, no sense, no head to think and process information.
Dangote over inflated the cost of his refinery! Check the average cost of other large refineries around the world. Then ask yourself why is it that it's only in Nigeria that things gets so expensive to build? Also check the inflation rate when they were built and the technology they possessed because your fiat currency is designed to depreciate with respect to time. |

If someone had told our fathers that a time will come when the whole salary earned by a government worker will not be able to buy a bag of rice they would never have agreed. The more they double workers salary, the more useless naira become with the prices of commodities skyrocketing in the market. |
Business › Re: 10 Biggest Commercial Banks In Nigeria By Market Value In 2025 by Gboss247(m): 12:43pm On Feb 14, 2025 |
motymop: There are lot of metrics to know if a bank is big or not but i will use total asset, customer base and also asset under management(asset they manage for clients
A bank's total assets are the sum of all its financial and nonfinancial assets. This includes cash, loans, securities, and reserves.
what is the customer deposit?, they are actually liabilities but then again, they are a source of liquidity for a bank.
the biggest bank in South africa SBG has $170 billion in asset while GTB, our biggest bank in Nigeria has $1.12b in asset
SGB has19million customers and manages more than $81b in asset, GTB has 32.8 million customers and manages $219m in asset
even if they naira was strong, SA banks will still be bigger because they have more liquidity and asset Your may be right but has nothing to do with market capitalization which the stock price multiply by the number of stock outstanding. Nigerian commercial banks have the habits of frequently issuing through IPOs, right of issue and shares bonus to raise money which keep devalues shares value and reduce or stagnant their market capitalization. |

Why is No. 6 and No. 8 duplicated with contradictory figures?
Or do you think this is your Facebook & WhatsApp groups where you just pull out figures from your anus & disseminate to the gullible public?
Anyways, I don’t believe any of these doctored figures from this nonsense compilation; because there’s no Corporation or Business in Nigeria that thrives without perpetrating one form of fraud or the other.
Zenith Bank is a good example. (Stealing & Diverting customers dividends & shares. Case in Point - Zenon Petroleum and Aquitane Oil & Gas both sued Zenith Bank for diverting their shares). And I know that ALL THE NIGERIAN BANKS are doing it. Do you even know the meaning of market capitalization or you just advertising your emotions? |

What do u understand when dangote deal with savanna sugar to favor his own dangote sugar?
What do u understand when dangote did his underground work with President OBJ then to withdraw all licenses of some cement company like ebeto cement, Ashaka cement. Uncem cement etc to favor dangote cement.
Op, what do u understand by competitors B4 I speak fourther with u instead of wasting my precious time here with u. Long article with no point, a simple internet search would have help you. Please guys, I bought this fuel yesterday into my car and also bought into keg to be used for generator.
Upon my trying to dispense into the gen, please view what I saw, doesn't smell like fuel and very reddish like all those fruity juice.
I had to pour some into this small plastic to be able to ascertain what I bought into my car and already pour into my generator.
The NNPC retail outlet is at.....along Airport Road, before SARS Junction after Obirikwerre roundabout. Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Is this what you get NNPC when you blend fuel?
I just want to be assured that my car engine is safe as well as my health and ofcourse my generator engine.
This is absolutely unbelievable.
It doesn't have any smell of petrol at all.....
@NNPC retail outlets..... Keep entertaining yourself with competition while Tinubu teaches you hard lesson |

Nigeria is the only country where citizens support bad government because of tribal and religious affiliation and expect good governance. |

Those with online jobs and even SMEs who depend on data won't find it funny atal. Soon you'll have to pay #150 to get #100 airtime on your line. It's simple economics If you understand simple economics, you should known that Chinese products will always cheaper than European due to euro been more valuable than yaun. For this reason, Europeans research, develop, design and obtain a patent to their products and outsource it to China for manufacturing. Then, import the finished products at cheaper and sell to the world to make profits while African countries do the opposite. |

APC has done 640% despite floating. It’s equally bad but not comparable.
