DeadWrong: Op, you're on point. I have been going hard on Buhari even though I supported. and the only reason is his lackadaisical attitude towards the Fulani herdsmen menace. PDP be taking that as a form of endorsement. I'll rather vote for a Goat than vote PDP again. PDP is dead and gone - Good riddance to bad rubbish i concur. we've certainly had enough of People Decieving People. |

naijachef: Too much bread is bad (especially if it's white bread) because it will spike your blood level. I love bread as well so I can't tell you to stop eating it but I would recommend either trying some wheat bread once in a while or looking for a brand of bread that has fewer calories in each slice. That way, you can eat the same number of slices but fewer calories (and sugar) in total. Pele the bread struggle is real Lol Standing5: Bread gives you sugar and in dangerous amount. As a rule of thumb, eat foods that are void of processing from its natural form. Yam,plantain, fruits, vegetable etc. Bread has so many processed ingredient. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE. |

Food › Health Implications Of Eating Too Much Bread. by GDex1(op): 11:49pm On Nov 06, 2015 |
These days i seem to have developed an unusual love and appetite for bread. I actually eat bread everyday. My usual brand is Panis Angelicus sold at N100 (only a few people here would know it though). I enjoy it with tea, beans, coconut, groundnut, fish, akara, margarine and some other ways. Please i would like to know if there is any health implication of eating too much bread. Thank you. |
