Got to one of the banking halls of D*****D Bank in Port Harcourt (ETA - 10AM 15 Dec. 2016 Nigerian Time) and was asked by the cashier to return by 1:30PM stating "their is no money  ". |

Thanks gr8david for your detailed response. If I were to take on 3 rooms first how far will 1.5m go? I noticed you did not go ahead to talk about d roofing and firings (internal) probably because by your calculation the 1.5m is already exhausted. I do not want to engage and get stock halfway. |
