I just completed registration for my cousin and there is this message on the dashboard that reads; "Sorry, there is no more available state slot for deployment"... It showed as I couldn't make any choice of state slot for deployment. There is no icon to proceed to make payment so I'll just wait hoping the state of deployments will show up sooner than later
