I'm interested in the female hostel accommodation. Is it available?

I am in need of a room self contain in any of these locations; Sabo/Yaba, Surulere (not the rough areas please) and Gbagada.

Budget is NGN 300,000 - NGN 400,000 per annum. Agency and commission should be 10% each.

If you want to sub-let your apartment or you need a female flatmate, please feel free to quote this post.

I prefer a neighbourhood without churches, mosques, clubs and/or event centers'activities. I also prefer old structures but I am open to newly built houses too.

My body cannot bear the distance I cover everyday anymore, so please save a soul.
