Here is another shocker for those who would read this.

My brother writes his masters application to certain universities in UK and US, and at times, he just writes these Universities just to ask a law related question since he would love to practice abroad and these Universities take their time to read his mails and fax responds with pictorial proofs of their schools surrounding, documents to further explain things to him. At times, he gets his delivery from DHL and co and he pays nothing to get these information. He said he once wrote UNIBEN when he was in 100L, till date, UNIBEN has not replied. I once wrote UNIUYO about a case of missing POST UTME result, 'till date, I have no idea of how my POST UTME result got missing. This is the difference between the Western society and Africa.

You're very correct. And it's quite unfortunate that our system give no importance to mails and public inquiries.
