Firstly, sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, took me all this time to figure out how to post here!

So, long story. Car key with immobiliser chip thingee got lost. Car went in garage, they did whatever to the immobiliser thingee, new car key.

Car on way home, car struggling to hit 20kms per hr my husband said, and he noticed loss of power lights, acceleration. Then he ran out of petrol.

Car home now, since its my car, I now notice it feels heavy?
Also, car won't go over 3rpms? As soon as it hits 3rpms, it starts jerking.
So from start up, pop her in 1st gear, take off, but starts jerking when hits 3rpms to change into 2nd gear.
Have noticed 80kms is what she an do, higher than that she starts jerking cos the 3rpms is being exceeded.
