Each time I call they will say we have not received your money as soon as we do we will credit your account.

Though, you need to know that time for money transferring depends on the particular bank you're choosing and type of transfer you've used.
Also possible that payment has been delayed, because of Intermediary institution.
We'll apply your money to account with Auction export, as soon as payments hits our bank's account. Once outstanding balance is covered, there would be no late fees added to your account.

I was charged late payment fees yesterday, even after sending proof of payment and making several complaint since Monday. I went to my bank and. was told to ask Auction export to track payment with the proof of payment (telex). Whenever I call Auction export they will just say sorry your money have not been received.
I am confused.

I am a first time buyer on Auction export, i made payment of $10, 000 on Monday and $905 on Tuesday, that of Monday up till today Friday is yet to reflect while that of Tuesday has reflected and am now been charged late payment fee.

I just bought a car from Auction export, I received the title and invoice.
Kindly advice on the next step to take, the clearing process and registration process.
