One would ask, where is his brother in all of this? A zombie? In Pluto? Confusion is the greatest weapon of a liar. I dont believe that screenshot. Global oil prices have not changed since Pcl sent the interview text. If I'm not mistaking, oil price was even worse when they invited us for the test.
I wonder why people get the kick from being negative. It's no longer about buhari cancelling the exercise, now it's about oil price. I suspect some aggrieved elements who didn't even get invited for the interview are using this period as payback time to spew negativity and dampen the hopes of others. If the recruitment is cancelled, yall would like that wont u? Please if u have no update about the exercise, donot come here to speculate negativity.

Again I insist that what we don't know exists. So it's really not that nice to come here and refute comments without confirming the authenticity. It is better if you ask and clarify when you are not sure. We learn everyday. We've been dragging on so many issues in this thread, obviously team spirit is lacking. The info regarding the process been on hold due to the oil price trend is very correct and it's left for you to accept or reject it as long as you can justify your choice. There are some other issues that people who feel they know it all come here and argue about as if they own the NNPC. I just laugh when I read such posts because there is more than what they think they know.

For us to succeed in life we have to be open minded/flexible. We have every right to put up our opinion here but I think it is important to be critical about how we respond to comments

Let's be nice people, show some maturity in your reaction.

Go and study ur english text book and dictionary for the interview. Just to ask u one question, how many interviewer hav u seen dat use grammar to ask u question in an interview? They all use simple english dat even a primary school student will understand or terms relating to ur field of study.
My humble advice to those in the technical field
1, If u have any technical experience, pls go and research more about it
2, If u don't have any experience, ensure dat ur school project reflect on ur CV and prepare to defend it again, dat show u are also technically incline. Instead of studying english now, study technical terms relating to ur field.

Again from the nnpc web page it is clearly stated that Hyson is a JV between NNPC and Vitol S.A a Swiss International crude oil and products trading company. So you are right based on that info. However I still want to emphasise that we share our knowledge with kindness. Guys, brace yourself for what lies ahead. Your degree is not a prison yard, education sets you free......................

When people have information from different sources I feel It is better to learn from one another and come to a reasonable conclusion.

See below as stated in the nnpc web page about Duke Oil:

However, the company’s JV engagements were brought to an end in 1995 when it was considered that its capability had grown sufficiently for it to commence trading operations on its own, on stand alone basis.
Since commencement of independent trading operations, Duke Oil has been steadily increasing its operating and financial capacity in both crude oil and petroleum products activities.

So what if the only point of contact some persons have with nnpc is the company website?
