My Redmi9t isn’t coming on. Still used it till around 1am plug to charge and around 3am or so went to pick it but it’s off and been trying to on it till now but not coming on and it’s not even showing it’s charging when you plug charger. It’s just 2months old

Remove the charger and leave it for a while.

Last season Kiddwaya did most of the barbecues and yet I remember him dancing and rocking babes during the party more than a few other housemates. Why is Whitemoney hiding behind the grill? This is getting annoying despite me being his fan. It’s obvious he’s hiding something. He should confess that the ploy is to avoid getting close to any female so skeptical folks like me can continue supporting him.

He danced with Peace na

Firstly, I can not access any app on the phone right now. Once I click, the phone restarts. I have ES explorer on the phone but I can access it.

Also, how do I reinstall the rom ? will I lose my data?

Then just copy out your files and do a reset

Princess rock o, the end time is here

Yes, I have a PC. I have some really precious files on the phone that I do not wanna readily part with.

How do I proceed?

Copy your important files to your PC. You can also backup your apps using an app like Es file explorer and then copy the apks to your PC.

Meanwhile try the reinstallation of your ROM before exploring the Reset route.

Let me call it a night guys till tomorrow. Power guys and the Rain messing things up

tomsniel:
Out of NoWhere, the phone picked up again but some apps were still stuttering and freezing, however, it did not restart.

a factory reset looks like the way out but how can I back up my files before the reset?

If you have a PC it would be easier.

You can also download full ROM and reinstall
