He said battery data, he didn't mention app data. I recall then when I used to wipe battery statistics from tpr recovery mode on my other phone that's why I'm asking if there's another way around it on this newer models.

This is what he meant by battery data.

23jerryking:
Please how does one get to clear data for battery, given the fact that I don't even use a custom ROM or recovery module.

How does clearing app data have anything to do with Custom ROM?

Yes, as it turned out. But, I believe it was a software update that spoiled the hardware.

Nope it is not otherwise all of us would have had the same issue

For your church mind now I be like who no sabi anything because I asked if there's custom ROM on dimensity chipset?
NL Land lord status wey we don leave behind since 2015

Smh

Na you know who you dey drag Landlord status with. But those who their onions with modding especially on Xiaomi devices knows Mediatek is a No-No.

As a landlord with a big plot of land and a service apartment, I don't expect this question from you.

If you don't understand why he wrote that mediatek chip then maybe flashing custom roms isn't for you at all

Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by genius43(m): 4:51pm On Feb 08, 2023

Yes

If you were interested in custom ROM you shouldn't have gotten an MTK powered phone in the first place.

Nope. It has gone beyond camera... No SIM 1 and audio on the phone as well.

Yours is unfortunately a faulty hardware starting from the board.

I know things are pretty expensive in Nigeria and all but there are choices I'd never make. My friend got the Redmi Note 11s. I was so happy for him not until I heard how much; 180k . I started thinking. Why not get an iPhone or Uk used Sammy for that price than getting the 11s for that price? After my pixel screen cracked, I got myself an LGV35 for 65k. Much better than spending above 100k for a mediocre performing Android device. My opinion sha

Nothing is expensive. Your Naira is the cause of inflation.

And irrespective of what you think there are people who prefers their phones brand new rather than used.
