Please o Nairalanders, is their any town or place in Nigeria that a Nigerian need to obtain the town I.D Card before he or she can be allow to reside?
Their is something going on in Okpoama, Brass LGA of Bayelsa state the home town of TIMIPRE SILVER the formal governor of the state. The strangers in this community are being forced to obtain their community I D card before they can be allow to stay, I think this is intimidation.please what is your view on this matter?

Please nairalanders I am very much confused as I can't eat normal foods like every other normal person. Foods that are rich in carbohydrate e.g cassava products, yam, and even liquid milk and buter. Please nairaland, one of my brother complain to me that they cleared TIMIPRE SILVER compound at his home town Okpoama Brass Bayelsa state through one Mr Oti Akono who gave them the contract on the 19th of June and they finished the job on the 24th of June 2015. But since then till now they have not been paid, this man keeps on telling them that he have not been paid. but Silver have settled this Oti Akono it's him that is owing them. right now they don't know how to reach Silver to let him know that this man have not paid them
