You and I know you don't care about any collateral damage caused by these MEND facttion attacks but you are out to justify your Boko Jihadis and also support your caliph Buhari's pronouncemnet on "preferential" treatment in handling btw MEND and BOKO. For some reason I know this is a sponsored attack by the same northern Arewa-Jihadi group using Okar's MEND faction to attain their goal which by the way are as follows; 1. Draw attention to Allison Madweke and have her removed with one of their's occupying her office afterwards. Why? Because they will do anything not to have the PIB come into reality. 2. To paint the Presidency as being lopsided and thus force him to declare MEND and other Niger-Delta movements in the same light as Boko-Haram. 3. Have the Presidency send troops to his own region and thus have the Nigerian Army kill innocent civilians and then get the resultant backlash from his own people. 4. In this report, MEND issued threat to all oil tanker drivers to stay away from driving tankers because they have begun strap explosives to oil tankers. Their motive is to bring government to its knees by creating chaos. Any organization that unlawfully carry arms and use violence the same way Boko Haramists and MEND do must be regarded as terrorist groups.
