Thank you. Loosing weight could be temporary but maintaining the lost weight is of course a lifetime journey, there's no ending to it.

I took exercise serious last year November-December and lost 5kg(88-83).
Waiting for school resumption to start my exercise again and healthy eating.

I jog every morning...40 mins (couldn't spare more than those minutes because of work and my location). When I got stuck on my scale, I had to add skipping in the evenings to make it move. Started with 300 ropes then increased it with a 100 as the days passed...

Hi, everyone.

Read these page through from start to finish. Wonder why I am just seeing this. Well. I started my weight loss journey over 11months ago. May 2 would make it a year now...would have lost the kg faster than that but I kinda got stuck on my scale October-Dec....

I have lost 30kg and at my ideal BMI now. I want to resume maintenance soon. Most likely in May (after I must have celebrated with loads of junk on May 2..lol). I think here is good for me.

Can't remember all names but thanks for this thread, wish I had seen it earlier, but seems I was even stricter with my diet sef...thanks ALL.
