@justwise thanks again, i honestly get your point, but i do not think this should come up as i the father will be applying and plan to be with my daughter and wife in the UK, so this should nullify any thoughts relating to trafficking. However i would like to know your thoughts on how best you think the issue should be approached?

@justwise thanks for your input, i'm thinking that we may need to show a certificate of adoption to show that my daughter qualifies as my wife's dependant as she's not her biological mother, hope this makes my situation clearer.

Hello house, i am new to the forum and have some questions for the experts, please kindly provide answers.

My wife is currently studying a PhD, and i am planning to make a tier 4 application on this ground, is it okay to use a micro-finance bank statement of account for the application? I have a daughter from a previous marriage who will also be applying as a dependent, is it required that i show that my daughter has been adopted by my wife?
