The timing varies, there are no wrong answers to the questions asked in the online assessment, however, the recruiter is trying to get your potential response to different situations that u might come across in your daily activities when employed.

Depending on how closely u match-up to their person specification, the test outcome could take months. I have an application pending for nearly 4 months now, and it says the status is "Considering". I'm still keeping my fingers crossed on that one.

I guess the good thing is that u are encouraged to apply for multiple roles, so there's the chance that one might click.
