Webmasters10 Reasons Why Your Business Needs A Website by genuinek(op): 12:04am On May 23, 2019
Whether you own a small business, a nonprofit organization or the marketing manager for a multimillion dollar organization, a website is a must have. We live in the internet era, almost every businesses are online or will eventual go online soon. I hear people say “I have an Instagram page, facebook page or even a google website, I don’t need a website” There are numerous rewards for having a website and having tons of traffic going to your site instead of social media likes. So be serious about your business and invest in a website. Here are some reasons for having a website:

Online Marketing
Promoting your products or services online using platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter requires a landing page (the website page you want to promote). This is the link your visitor clicks to teleport them to your website. Without a website, you can’t effectively or efficiently market your products or services online.

Saves Time
It saves you time explaining to clients on the phone about what you do, where you are located and more. Let your clients do the job of discovering all that on your website.

Faster Sales
With websites like Amazon or ebay, it now takes shorter time to get a product you ordered for. This is also done at the comfort of your office or home. Imagine driving miles to get a product without even placing a call. So put yourself in a client’s position, everyone wants the ease and comfort of making a purchase. With a website, you can make money while you sleep.

24/7 Sales
I call it making money while you sleep. Big enterprises like Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Google and some small businesses make money while the business owners sleep. The whole sales process is automated, visitors can make payments online. Then the products or services can be delivered, whether it’s a download, a physical product or even payment of bills.

Feedback
Most websites have a feedback form where visitors can leave a message or give a critical assessment of the business owner’s product or services. Other websites have a chat feature were you can chat with a representative of the company.

Computers'control-alt-delete' Is Nothing Compared To These 3 Microsoft Disasters by genuinek(op): 9:43am On Sep 28, 2013
If you've used a PC basically ever in your life, you know that holding down the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys is a pretty fundamental command that either reboots your computer, launches the Task Manager or, in some versions of Windows, lets you log on.
I've been using PCs since I was a kid. Ctrl+Alt+Del is as engrained in me as is looking both ways before crossing a street or putting on my shoes before I leave the house.
But Microsoft co-founder and tech genius Bill Gates now thinks the three-button command was a mistake. It should have been simpler.

Career24 Ways To Make Money From Your Blog Or Website by genuinek(op): 4:26pm On Sep 22, 2013
Making money online involves time, dedication, and some business-savvy. Establishing a site with a growing number of dedicated fans doesn’t happen overnight, and neither does the success of website monetization. If you’ve got a great site but aren’t turning over much profit, consider the following methods for monetizing your site and making the most out of your online presence.

1. Pay Per Click Advertising:

Pay Per Click, or PPC, is exactly what it sounds like.
The concept is painstakingly simple: visitors of your site click on an ad, and for every click you profit. The amount of money you make per click is contingent upon that particular ad’s Cost Per Click (or CPC). Variables such as site traffic, ad placement, and relevancy of ads play a factor in its success. The PPC method is generally not very lucrative for sites with low volumes of traffic and should be employed in conjunction with other monetization methods.skylight, Google Adsense, Chitika, BidVertiser, Adbrite and Clicksor all operate on a PPC (or CPC) model.
