@emmasoft For the first Ally, are you on the MMF or the HYIS? emmasoft: For sometime now I have had my attention shifted to Norrenberger, First Ally and stocks. No much activities in stanbic.
My advice is that investors should always place a call through to the customer care rather than mail if there is any issue. Calls get attention faster.
I also think it's a system issue. Most times glitches leads to delay in posting but the value date will still follow normal rule and policy governing funds deposit. |

I want you to help me clarify something @EquityM. I saw on on of your post earlier on where you said you earn a daily interest of 6k+ on your capital of 10 million+ on First Ally HYIS Premium. My question is Is there any extra or additional interest on top of the normal 18.6% that is quoted on the HYIS Premium that will give that 6k+ on a capital of 10 million+ I am asking this because an interest rate of 18.6% on a capital of 10 million+ will give about 5k+ EquityM: Alright, I am also topping up tonight. |

How has your experience been so far with First Ally HYIS Premium? Any concerns so far. I want to go into it @ EquityM EquityM: Equity is not abracadabra; my 10.2M, which I started with Zrosk at the end of January, has already returned 1.8M to me as of today. Can MMF give that in 4 months with 10.2M capital? Patience and resilience are what make equity win. |

This is really impressive. I thought you are still doing first ally HYIS PREMIUM? EquityM: The CSOF is 100m for minimum subscription. Individual trading is cool; however, the timing, stress, and also trade volume are what made me go for equity. I already made 500k+ in 4 days now with 9.5M as my capital. I only have 25,000 naira in MMF currently, as I see it as a savings pro. |

Omo, Equity is sweet o. Such huge gains made in just one week. Less than one week gain in equity equals one month gain in money market fund Ensol: My GTB Equity Feb 2nd was ₦10,183,016 by the end of the trading week Feb 6th ₦10,343,514. Is this interest gross or net? |

I doubt. Some fund managers rate will still be higher than some Iamblessed88: Well good point lol. Come 23rd after the MPR is slashed at the MPC, we will have uniform low rates across the board. |

The CS alpha, is it equity or fixed income fund. And the did you factor in the red days when you said you make 900+ and 2000+ daily from it? EquityM: To say the fact, I will choose CS Alpha; I am only using HYIS premium for emergency and family drama. If you are looking for growth, try the fixed income fund. I have really tested it out; it will grow your capital, and you also get hidden benefits from it. I'm currently making around 6k+daily with the HYIS with 10m capital. Now imagine 200k is giving me 900+ and 2000+ daily with CS alpha; what will 10m do? Finally, it depends on your risk appetite. |

@EquityM For the first ally HYIS Premium, is it subject to 10% withholding tax on the interest earned or how is it calculated |

Please someone should share his or her experience with first ally HYIS Premium. Is my capital safe and is the withdrawal process fast. Also does accrued interest add up to the capital and does it compound? |

Thanks a lot Beeron: Disregard balanced fund, it's a waste of time.
Either do straight up Equity mutual funds or compound money with MMF or just do fixed income.
Balance fund is a mixed of fixed income and Equity, it's a waste of time because, In Fixed income, while you get steady returns (eventhough small) and can top up to get more, your capital remains intact and preserved while you enjoy the daily returns but if it were to be balanced fund, that regular dip would make you lose that potential fixed income returns for that day you see red.
So do straight up Equity to enjoy purely days of Green and accept fate on days of red and do straight up fixed income for constant little returns eventhough I advice to invest big money to see tangible returns.
Ditch balanced fund, it only favors fund managers more than you. |
