[sub][/sub][b][/b]PLEASE WHO OFFICIATES AN OUTDOOR WEDDING IN NIGERIA

Hello everyone, so I'm new and kinda confused, didn't know of a suitable forum to ask questions concerning having a non religious wedding, until I stumbled on this forum, I'm not a Christian neither is my fiance, we're traditional worshippers which demands we don't do a church wedding, so I was suggesting an outdoor wedding, problem is, who will officiate the wedding and hand us our wedding certificate? so we can get married on time and give our unborn child a legal home
Please I really need answers
Mature minds will really be helpful and if this is not the right forum, please me advise me on the right forum to post this
