Actually it's hard to eliminate Real Madrid at any round of the UCL, be it second round, quarter or Semi but they can be eliminated. At least in the past 13 years, I have watched them being eliminated by Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Juventus, Chelsea and Mancity in the Semi Final. So it is not impossible for them to bite the dust in a semi final match.
