Investment / 3 Smart Ways To Start Earning From Agriculture Right Now by Gerrard15(m): 7:16pm On Mar 09, 2023
The Agricultural industry is one of the most important in the world. It is the main source of food for humans and animals, and it is also a major contributor to the economy. The sector employs a large percentage of the population, both in developed and developing countries.
However, the earnings of small-scale farmers are often very low, and they often live in poverty. In addition, the agricultural sector is often perceived as an high risk sector by investors because stakeholders haven’t been transparent enough thus it is not given the attention it deserves.
There are many initiatives that are trying to change this, and one of them is Noba Africa. Noba Africa is a social enterprise that is working to improve the lives of small-scale farmers in Africa. The organisation has developed a number of programs that are designed to help farmers increase their earnings and improve their livelihoods.
In this article, we will look at 3 of these programs and how they can help you start earning from agriculture right away!

1. Start a Farm: One of the simplest ways to start earning from agriculture is to establish a small farm. It doesn't have to be large or complex – all you need is a small piece of land and some basic equipment. You can start with a small vegetable or herb garden and then gradually expand your operations as you gain more experience and knowledge. You can also specialize in a certain type of crop, or start a livestock farm. The possibilities are endless, and it's up to you to decide what works best for your situation. Starting a small farm can be a great way to get started in agriculture. It allows you to get your hands dirty and gain experience while minimizing risk. Plus, there is the possibility of earning some extra income from selling your produce or livestock. However, it is important to take the time to research your options and find out what is most profitable in your region. You should also make sure that you have access to the necessary resources and equipment. 2. Join an Agricultural Cooperative: If you want to make a bigger impact, you should consider joining an agricultural cooperative. Agriculture cooperatives are organizations that combine the resources of its members to achieve common goals. It's a great way to get access to the resources and knowledge that you need to start and expand your operations. Additionally, cooperatives often provide access to funding and other resources. By joining an agricultural cooperative, you can benefit from the resources, advice and support of the other members. This can be especially helpful for young or inexperienced farmers who are just starting out. The cooperative can also provide access to new markets and price negotiations that can help to increase your profits. However, it is important to note that you will need to commit to being an active member of the cooperative, as it requires the collective effort of all members to achieve its goals. 3. Partner With Noba Africa and Earn Returns: Noba Africa is a social enterprise that is working to improve the lives of small-scale farmers in Africa. They offer a number of programs that are designed to help farmers increase their earnings and improve their livelihoods. Some of these programs include access to credit, market linkages, and agro-tech tools. Noba Africa offers an innovative crowd-funding platform that allows partners to contribute capital to finance agricultural projects. This gives agricultural entrepreneurs access to capital without taking on the risk of running a traditional loan. It is also a great way to diversify your portfolio and invest in high-impact projects. By partnering with Noba Africa, you can earn returns from projects that are designed to help small-scale farmers in Africa.

The returns are based on the performance of each project, so you will get the opportunity to earn meaningful returns from your investment. Plus, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to create real, lasting change.

Conclusion: The agricultural industry is a great way to earn a good living, and there are plenty of opportunities to get started right away. With a little bit of creativity and hard work, you can easily start generating a healthy income from agriculture. Whether you want to start your own farm, join an agricultural cooperative, or partner with Noba Africa, you can find the right solution to start earning from agriculture right now.

Agriculture / Farmkonnect Nigeria; A Home To Many Firsts. by Gerrard15(m): 1:16pm On May 26, 2021
Do you remember your first phone? Okay, do you recollect the third?
Yeah…?

In different spheres of life, the first brand to register their impression in the minds of their prospects will always be the most memorable. It’s why Nigerians refer to all toothpaste as “Macleans,” all detergent as “Omo,” and all Agribusiness companies as FarmKonnect.

The reason is not far-fetched. It is a conscious decision to remain steadfast in giving quality service to customers and stay true to what has gotten them this far, and it doesn’t look like it’ll change anytime soon. FarmKonnect is home to many firsts; the first Agribusiness brand to run the Agricultural Real Estate Model, the first to establish an Agricultural Electronic and Extension Centre Service (FAGEX, Est. 2021), and a host of other firsts.

People love an innovative and credible brand; that is why Farmkonnect sticks to its core values of Integrity, Simplicity, Equity, and Competence. The brand could just have copied another brand’s ideologies and present as theirs but decided to go the extra mile and came up with a unique Agribusiness model while many others were using the copy and paste model.

People love to know what is new and give their attention to a brand that carries them along in activities. Whether the activities are new or not, they don’t mind, and frankly, it doesn’t matter as much as being carried along.

Do you remember the first man- on the moon? Neil Armstrong probably rings in your head. Do you know the second? Please don’t bother; I don’t know too.

With whom would you rather earn from Agriculture?
