Don't report her to the principal. Don't call to counsel her privately. Just go to the class, and make it as a warning. Don't mention the word "Masturbate". Don't mention the name of the student. Simply say, when I was marking the assignment, I found an answer from a female student in this class that contained highly inappropriate and unacceptable content unrelated to physics. Let this sound as a note of warning. Don't ever repeat such an unruly act again. If this happens again I will have no choice but to refer the matter to the disciplinary committee, inform the principal, and invite your parents. Consider yourself warned, do not try this again. Make sure the particular student is in the class before you make the warning. Then, watch her behaviour and next moves. Make sure you don't have nor show any interest in her ooo. Because that will be disappointing...
