What the Gov has done quietly with water supply and infrastructure is commendable to say the least. No doubt, Enugu is positioning itself as an investor-friendly state. My point is statehood is an artificial construct. There are no physical lines separating states, except on few occasions where there are natural boundaries. Even Buhari told us his brothers are in Niger (which is even an entirely different country).
Ohaji is in Imo State while Ohaji Egbema is in Rivers State but these two communities have always been the same community before they were separated into States.
A friend of mine from Yala LGA in Cross RIver told me her dad told her they migrated into Yala from Igboland, and I later found out Yala shares boundary with Ebonyi state so you see...
