JulietSharma: Please people already in Ireland, how were you able to find accommodation and not those expensive student accommodation complexes please. I am moving to Cork and it’s been tough Check Daft.ie, change location to cork. How much are they charging for student accommodation? That will be easier for you tho, then you can move later. Last option I can recommend for you is also book Airbnb if you’re not okay with the prices, and then when you come it becomes easier to get a place here. |

Mstifah: Hello everyone, I am planning to study in Ireland and I need some guidance on the visa application My current situation: 1. I have accepted an offer. 2. I would have paid full tuition by May 3. Planning to apply for visa in early June 4. I work remotely and my salary is paid through wise 5. …because Wise is not available in Nigeria I opened my account with a family friends UK address (if i download my statement, it carries his UK address) 6. My earnings between Jan and Mar would go into paying a fraction of my school fees( direct transfer) 7. My remainder earnings will be left in the account as my savings (a total (€3,000 in Wise account) 8. I will still have the remote job when in Ireland. Do you think I should call this out in my application to further support my financial circumstance? 9. My sister is my sponsor. Would you advise she transfers the naira equivalent of €10,000 in my Naira savings account a month before I apply? In addition to the below, what else will she need to provide? - A sponsorship letter - Her bank statements showing the source of funds - Proof of relationship (birth certificates) - payslips
Would appreciate your guidance. Have you submitted your application or you still need guidance? |

ezejicc: Yes, I have. I paid about 92k for visa application at the center, then plus other charges like courier services and vfs fees. Though this depends on how much u paid online, if I am to calculate all expenses including online service charges, it amounted to over 200k in total. Hi, please have you submitted your application if yes
How much do you pay for visa fee and booking
I’m planning to submit this next week or upper week
Thanks
Did you do Duolingo and pay for insurance ?
And I want to know the cost or expenses associated
Thanks |

Hello Guys,
I got admitted to Griffith College for MSc in Network and information Security for January 27 2025.
I’m preparing my visa application
My Dad will be sponsoring me
We have paid €11,000 out of €12,435 Tuition
He will be showing over €10,000 in his bank account for my proof of funds and the remaining €1,435
Also, someone told me since I was out of a job in the past 6 months I need to find a way to fill that gap, and I was a bit idle from 2014-2016 before getting admission into a university
Do I need to fill those gaps to get approved for the visa application?
And is it okay for the proof of funds to be in my dad’s account?
Thanks |

Please, who has used transfermate to pay Griffith College Tuition? How long did it take for them to confirm payment after making the transfer.
Thanks |

sheldonbbt: Hey guys!
I currently reside in Poland and wish to apply for study visa to Ireland. I have a family here in Poland and currently hold resident permit based on work expiring 2026. I will be eligible to apply for Polish permanent residency in 2027 but feel I should just get this Ireland stuff going. I will be sponsoring myself and wish to find out if the embassy is against bulk funds deposit like Canada. You must explain every large deposit, lump sum just like Canada |
