Still you don’t know where it is? Don’t worry.

If you have your printed invoice this might be easy for you to find your area code.

Your area reference code is just below the account number which is the right side of your printed bill copy.

You can also log in to the web portal or can be seen through your registered email to see your bill copy.

Step 01 Visit Virgin eCare.

Step 02 Login to your account.

Step 03 Go to my bill section and click there.

Step 04 Click on the overview option.

Step 05 Get your code which is below the account number.
