Dear OP, it's very possible if you put in the work. I can take myself for example. I had 3.45 in my first semester and ended up graduating with 4.53. So it's possible with hard work + determination + grace.

But in this case, the job wasn't Deloitte's, rather they were the recruitment consultant for a tertiary institution in the east. There were various academic positions ranging from Graduate/Research Assistants to Professors in various disciplines.

Would they recruit only 25 year olds for this?

Give them 12 weeks if you dont hear from them then you re not that they want.

They ususally prefer under 25 years olds pips.

I actually did via email a few weeks back, no response till date.
