Hello House,

My hubby’s SOWP was declined today saying he showed no proof that institution his spouse is attending is a DLI institution. A friend applied for this SOWP for us and I am not sure he included my Admission letter showing my school’s DLI number.
What can we do now? I am thinking of going with him to the nearest border with all our documents showing school admission letter and fees paid. Re-applying online may take another 12weeks. Kindly advise.

Can hubby obtain SOWP from the border since online application is taking so long. Applied 10 Dec and no response yet. Got only 6months on study permit.

Hubby did Biometric in Nigeria and got a mail from CIC.
Is he required to do medicals for SOWP here in Ontario?

Please shed more light on Atlantic Canada. Fund is a big issue. An alternative to PR without taking another course will be most appreciated.
