you should try and contact the courier company you sent your package through , VFS might have returned your package back to the courier company because of missing documentation without even informing you. That was my case,that happened to me last month. VFS returned my package for incomplete documentation . DHL later called me and told me about it , 2 days before my submission deadline. I picked up my package from their lekki office , I had to (1) add the biometric letter to my package , and (2)my print out payment receipt of transmission fee, also adding (3)the letter VFS wrote me that was added inside my package they returned. of course add your contact information, I wrote and printed mine on a paper. Then I went back to DHL and sent to VFS, my resending date had already passed my submission deadline . But mind you my first submission met the deadline , this is the reason you MUST attach the letter they wrote you ..(I e if your case is as mine) . The good news is , I got back my passport stamped and received yesterday ! Thanks to those in this forum that supported me. Especially @emmafe Good luck ! |

Hello house, anyone with a similar experience and what do you advise ?
I applied for a visiting visa last year May and got a request on June 30th to submit my passport within 30 days.
I planned to go tomorrow Friday July 14 only to find out that you must have an appointment to submit your passport. Problem is the earliest date right now is august 9 and by then my 30 days grace period would have expired. What do you advise please ?
Will I be attended to if I show up for submission without an appointment? |
