all depends the country you live in. normally Africa except Egypt up to 81000 would have been scheduled visa interview appointment
at this point of time if you haven't received any, you should work on something else.

JehovahFavor: Have you been scheduled for an interview? If no, pls forget it 'cos the dv fiscal year ends on 30th sept 2014 and thats just a few days left.

VisaOfficer: I really don't know anything about Cameroon's time frames. You should contact them directly. Good luck!

Once more thanks for the opportunity you give us on this forum.

My family and I had our DV interview a couple of days and the V.O. told us that she is approving our visa and we should collect them on the 09 of October 2014 (she gave the same and even later date to other people before us).
But when I verified (19/09/14) our status on CEAC web site, it shows: ''Administrative Processing’’ and status updated date: the date of our interview.
note: I am in Cameroon
I wish to inquire the followings:
1) Is the time frame given to collect the visa normal (about 3 weeks from that interview date)?
2) Is the administrative processing showing on CEAC web site normal
