If you knew that most of the wealth of our world is controlled by business owners, and most of this wealth was created and multiplied and maintained via real estate, then why is it that the greater majority are not getting involved?

Is it due to the high cost of entry usually required? Or for lack of knowledge? Or both?

Is it possible to access the global opportunity in real estate with just a fraction of the cost?
