Please any solution, I was diagnosed with blocked tubes and I am currently on serrapeptase 120000spu, castor oil massage and Chinese teas. Started from one tab and gradually went up to 4 tabs daily. I recently noticed that I have pain on my right side of my pelvis.

Hello house, good morning I am so depressed. We have been trying for a baby for over a year now and we visited the doctor last month and he did hydrotubation on me and said everything was fine. We had sex back to back and this morning I was awaken by premenstrual cramps. I tried a home test for pregnancy and it's negative. I feel very terrible and sad. My period is actually supposed to be next week Wednesday. I have been crying my eyes out. I can't even go to the hospital now because of Covid-19. Please I need your help and advice. I am down.
