I remember how Oshiomole harassed then AGF Adoke at Aso Rock complaining of the none arraignment of some arrested political thugs for murder. Adoke reminded Oshiomole that it is now in his own govt's hands to arraign and try the suspects .

While federal high courts can entertain murder cases, in the case of the FCT, there is no constituted power to carry out a capital punishment .

Kabiru was tried in the Federal High Court while Maryma was tried in The High Court of the FCT. There is a difference between these two courts.
The High Court has exclusive jurisdiction to try murder cases.The Federal High court doesnt have jurisdiction over murder cases.Kabiru was charged with Terrorism and not Murder.Thank me later.

The same day I sent the email my application went from Application Received to AP. Them I guess because of the salah holidays it was issued on the 19th.

The Department of Petroleum Resources DPR has started sending out invites to shortlisted candidates for its aptitude test starting from 24th of July 2017.

Have you received the invite or you are still expecting to receive the invite for the next batch? Then, this is the time for you to start your preparation. I am sure you don't want to miss this golden opportunity of working with DPR.

To prepare for the test, you need to practice some past questions on DPR. If you do not have samples of their past questions and you need one, kindly drop your email or send a private mail to request for it free

Another option is to go ahead with the method and go into the pool. If your ECA comes and it has a date after ITA den you can decline. But if it has a date before ITA you can accept. The thing is that your ECA might be ready and signed but it hasn't been sent and it will carry the date it was signed rather than the date it was sent. For example my ECA was signed in February 8 and i received the soft copy on February 14. I used IQAS tho.

I did the same thing some months ago and i had to decline my ITA because ITA date was earlier than ECA..
The advice i gave is advice i got from seniors like Dupyshoo.
Of course except the ECA comes before the draw . People should submit applications and go to sleep and not worry about misrepresentation.
ECA for a higher qualification post ITA is completely different. Iphie did a second ECA post ITA and got a higher score but remember she had and ECA in the 1st instance before the draw.

I don't think there is any rule that says that you cannot get ECA for higher qualifications post-ITA and before e-APR.

It was suggested to enable her take advantage of current CRS since no one can predict the direction of future draws.

The assumption is that she might get ECA just before the draw based on expected follow up from her. What if ECA lands a day before ITA?

The decision is hers to make anyway after weighing the pros and the cons

I wont advise you to do this. This is the implication.The date of your ECA will be earlier than ITA date. This means you didnt gave an ECA before ITA. Some Vos might overlook it while it night be an issue for others. Ita better to be safe than sorry.

Sincerely, I have not seen where it was stated explicitly who can or can't give funds to PA. Most people only make statements based on past experiences of people that have submitted and got PPR.

In my own opinion, for rest of mind and for a more straightforward application, I think it will be better if he transfers the money to the PA's close relative. The close relative should then do the gift deed. This does not mean that if the money is transferred directly to the PA from the fiance, the application will be refused.

Yes ma. If u have aa Domiciliary account, you can fund it and apply for a debit card. If you don't like me , I got someone that has a Domiciliary account and a debit card for it and I paid about 215 usd and it paid for the IQAS Assessment and the commission that was charged. I hope this helps.

No you can't. The daily limit for using your debit card for usd transactionso is $100 and IQAS is $275. You should be able to use usd debit card. I hope you find this helpful .
