You shouldn't have skipped the part he said he's not going to pay for the Waybill.

How much did he buy the battery, and compare it with the amount he was supposed to pay for the waybill.

Like I said he was clearly running away from him mess. He 100% knew what he did.

And how is it possible for an issue to start the moment I recieved the phone,, not upto an hour when I noticed the issue. He didn't asked me to send the phone then...

Don't retract anything, I remember when he called out igemburg in the beginning he explicitly said he only wanted him to send him a new battery though there was option for him to send the phone back so I don't really understand what he wants now.

Note to others if you get a phone and notice a hardware problem you notify the seller and return the phone as fast as possible, don't take it to an engineer and later expect the seller to do magic

Phone coming on and off is always software related that can be fixed. There are good software gurus in Lagos here that will solve it, you engineer over there might not have the software knowledge. If I have gotten my hands on the phone, I am very sure it would have been solved.

I wasn't more than 30minutes when I detected he issue upon receiving the phone of which I told him immediately. He never gave me the option of returning the phone, he said I should keep observing and kept saying he didn't know. He was clearly running from the issue. Mind you I received the phone in Niger State, he kept postponing me till I resumed back to school in kebbi state.

He said he's sure its battery issue, that I should change it. Told him I can't, not for a phone bought with fault.. I said he should instead buy a new battery himself and send. Which he did. But unfortunately it didn't stop there.

I also know Sellers like him and how they play their tricks. They always find a way to put blame on Customers.

Bossman, if you check through all my ads, I always mention any issues with my items, this particular one has no issues when I receive it, and it was tested ok. Although I wouldn't know it goes off at 30%, only when your are using it, that is when you will know. So in all sincerity, if I knew about this, I wouldn't sell it until I find a solution.

This issue is over 5 months ago, he went ahead to create a thread, even in the thread he was bashed and was forcefully asked to apologize and he did, not until he came up with the scam issue again. Some peeps are just so difficult in this life.

To God who made me, the moment I received the phone and I started using it. It will just go off at intervals. I was still at home them. Which I informed him immediately. He said he didn't notice that. I was like, phone that was with you, not even a new phone, how won't you know. He kept postponing me till I went back to school. Meanwhile the problem still persist. That's when he said he thinks it's the battery.

We were still on the issue till the phone die on it's own while using it. At first I thought it was the usual ON and OFF ooo. I tried charging it, the phone refused to show up.. e shock me..

My only saving grace was, I was yet to transfer my documents/files to the phone..

I bought new charger the following day.. still same.. didn't work. That's when I knew this guy played a fast on me.... I was confused.. because this was the phone I planned to use for my project ooo. My samsung has screen issue.

I still have the video if you want to see it. He didn't even attach the lens to camera to test anything. He don see mugu.

These useless bastards want everything that comes with a brand new item, but they want to pay 20% of the cost of new item. Brand new item is sold with warranty in the developed world BECAUSE they have factored the cost of the few that might develop issues in their pricing of the items. These Nigerian barbarians, if they ever pay for insurance, all of them would want something to happen so that insurance will pay them. They don't understand how anything works in modern society; they're only interested in "how only me go collect everything". That's why Nigerian society is a shambles. They've killed my business because they can always find people like you.
