Please is there any different between white and blue paper,what do you think she can do if she wants to apply again.

Concerning changing your visa to F1 it can be done in united State but most schools doesnt do that. There are document required before you can change it like prove that you can pay your school fees.I can give you the name of the school and read their policy.

I just got back from Houston, Texas. My wife just had a baby there............i was able to visit some schools during my visit and so i am thinking of applying for an F-1 (Student)Visa. I heard some things which i will like to confirm from you all.

1. That my B1/B2 visa doesn't guarantee me an F-1 visa.
2. That my B1/B2 visa will be canceled even if i get denied of F-1 visa.

Lastly, will u suggest i just go back to US with my B1/B2 visa and change my status to F-1(Student) visa......... I know its very legal based on the info i got from USCIS( United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) website http://www.uscis.gov/working-united-states/students-and-exchange-visitors/students-and-employment/special-instructions-b-1b-2-visitors-who-want-enroll-school .

No need to fill in the salary income of the husband who is her sponsor or his occupation. Just fill her own income and where they asked who will sponsor, put others
The vo will ask for details of her husbands job and his income at the interview
However, make sure your sister goes with the printed statement of her husbands bank account statement

@Zeezabee,adeg,nefertitiram thanks for your candid advice,i didnt receive any govermental fund during my stay in usa.It was my friend that called me yesterday she was happy her family friend told her to apply for WIC.

My wonderful people please i need your advice what is the consequence if someone apply for WIC (Women Infant and Children) Food and Nutrition service in the United State. My friend applied for it and she said there is no problem if she apply for it. since is not medicaid.

No need for you to lie because they are likely to know you had a baby recently. Why dont you just tell them the real reason for the trip and prepare for the interview with your burden of proof

@Dere5 thanks for your reply.Im ashamed to say this am pregnant ooo.i was vomiting and feeling dizzy until the doctor said i should do pregnancy test i was suprised because my mind wasnt there ,the result is positive he wants to apply around october.please help me so his visa wont be refused again

Hello,am happy to join this forum you pple are great.please i have a question my husband applied for conference visa august 2014 which was denied under section 214b that he didnt meet the requirement of the visa for which he applied.If he choose to reapply he should prepared to provide information that was not presented in his original application or to demostrate that his circumstances have changed since that application. Please someone should explain this to me. Have been to united state 4times and d last time was wen i gave birth to my baby early jan 2015 my visa is still valid.Now we want to travel again and he needs to apply for visa .what can we use as purpose of going to usa.Am thinking may be he can write to assist me after delivery. Am worried wont the Vo think is too close to be pregnant again.please i need your advice help a sister
