I have a challenge that is bothering me. Please am the principal applicant,the issue is disparity in Date of birth. The date of birth in my transcript is different from the one on my passport.
What should I do?

Please I need help again, hubby is above 35 with 10 years working experience, then am below 30 with just 1 year working experience and am no longer working. Who will be the Principal?

You do not need an immigration agent. I'd say your destiny is in your hand.
If your husband's age is not too high, he can be the PA due to his years of experience. But if he's very much older, I'd say you should be the PA.
Nevertheless, both of you should attempt the IELTS and aim to score minimum of LRSW8777. Also both of you should evaluate your credentials.
