where exactly is their office so I can renegotiate with them in person. When I call FedEx to enquire the foolish woman tells me she has no clue and all her job is is to call customers and when I request to speak to her manager she tells me it's not allowed. Please this is really frustrating.

To the best of my knowledge it's not a scam, I was called by FedEx and sent an official email from them telling me the status of my package and even before then I was successfully tracking my package. I bought makeup from US stores and had it shipped through MyUs and they used FedEx, now my package is being held for an outrageous amount for custom duty.

Hello everyone,
I was expecting a package from the states and it was shipped to Nigeria through FedEx courier. When it arrived I get a call from FedEx telling me my package has been seized by Nigerian customs and the custom duty imposed on my package is N86,000. Please I need advice from someone who's gone through this before, I want to go to the customs in person to renegotiate a customs duty. Can somebody please help me out with the custom address, please I need someone to help me out. FedEx is completely incompetent and haven't been of help to me or my case. The contents of my package contain ONLY MAKEUP!!
