No one is above the law. All the claimed against him no one says he should not be prosecuted but the law must be followed in doing that. You don't perpetually keep someone in jail in a bailable offence, it's not done anywhere in the world. All the offence they preferred against him are all bailable.

We were all in this country when El-Rufai were doing everything humanly possible to enthrone Tinubu as president. If it wasn't El-Rufai Tinubu might have not won the APC primary election and the presidential election would have been mountain top for him. He mobilized everything in the north for him. Go and listen to his speech at Arewa House with the Arewa Elders with Atiku, Obi and even Tinubu himself in attendance. He concocted so many thing against the opponents then just to give Tinubu edge. He was also the one at the forefront of this Muslim Muslim ticket because he had already tried it in Kaduna state and it worked for him but today he is the same cow to the slaughter by APC and her supporters. No individual that is not acting on behalf of the state should be allowed to destroy the campaign materials of political parties they don't support. It is even worse when such behaviors are recorded and posted on social media with such impunity.
