I suggest you start working on the Documents.
Email Q-life to book your Medicals for the nearest available date.

Get all your documents ready so that once you receive ITA, you can submit ASAP.
Nigerian police certificate is valid for 3months, so try to do it the same week as your Medicals (provided all other documents are ready).

I need to do Medicals ASAP,

Q-life is fully booked until middle of February,
IOM’s numbers aren’t connecting.

Does anyone have any contacts
Or 2 slots doe Medicals that they don’t plan to use.

Please help.
