Priority should be on the citizens of the old Eastern region especially;

Calabar in no particular order. Special Priority on them too.

When the citizens of these regions are moved out, then you may consider others.

Kaduna state government should assist in evacuating all Nigerians not kaduna state indigenes alone if they have the magic wand that the Fg doesn't have after all they are all Nigerians. this is a war situation
