There's a great deal of difference between watching a show and liking a show, you know that, right? I mean, you can watch a show, maybe even finish a whole season just for the hell of it, but can you recommend it to someone else? Since you don't like it, that's a big negatory. Your response is therefore invalid. smiley

Waoh! Holdup, holdup... Did you just said that that?? Like seriously?? Lolz. You're hilarious. You should be a comedian. grin

I'm no expert but then, one doesn't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out why your precious 'Hero Reborn' is filled with suspense and drama - it depends heavily on awe factor to be able to pull in reasonable number of audience per week. News Network Shows don't usually have solid plots, it's a given. Shows with solid plots usher in complications, a lull in the storyline, and as a result, they don't pull in as much audience as ones that are flexible.

Remember Hannibal? Solid show, solid plot, brilliant acting, but what happened? It got axed by NBC, because people like you would rather watch shows with flimsy plots but with nonstop action sequence, than spend time on ones that are slow paced but with substance. undecided

Thank God for HBO, Showtime, FX, Netflix, Starz and AMC. They don't care much about weekly ratings or demographic. They air quality slow burners in droves and only cancel 'em when funds run out, or ideals dry up.

Listen, pally, your opinion is insignificant, believe me. Jessica Jones is getting rave reviews where it matters most: Metacritic, Rotten Tomatoes, IMDb, TV.Com, IGN, CNN, EW, and so on. cheesy

@the bold, you know the funny thing? The only scenes I skipped on JJ were the so-called sex scenes, which I must say, were simply too unrealistic for my taste. I don't like to watch sex scenes where the perpetrators hide under bed covers. I mean, what's the point, then? So obviously, JJ's heavily censored sex scenes weren't much of a draw to someone (yours truly) that is used to watching HBO, Cinemax and Showtime shows.

The only people bad mouthing JJ on YouTube were your kind that don't know a good thing when they see one. You say mediocre, IMDb says 9/I0. You say lethargic, Rotten tomatoes says critical acclaim. You say boring, EW calls it the best Superhero show in aeons. grin grin grin

Bottom line: Jessica Jones is a resounding success.

jessica jones is not dat hot though
