Someone help with procedure for opening a block account?

Please I want to know the procedure for opening and signing a block account form at Deutsch bank with the German consulate in Lagos. Is it possible to book one appointment for signing a block account form and application of student study visa? Please somebody help. Thanks.

I want to apply for students visa to study in Germany. Am I to book an appointment with the German consulate for signing the block account after opening it online and also go with photocopies and original of all my academic documents? I hope I will get originals of my documents after the visa appointment. Am I leaving the document with them? Somebody help me please. I am applying for a language course/Masters Engineering
