Most cards have $20 monthly limit but low rate
Some banks have rate as low as 496 or 500 per dollar as against black market 700.

If you want a higher bank limit, download chipper cash, collect their virtual card. Limit is $5k .

But their rate is almost similar to black market.

But there's a trick too if u don't want to pay that high rate.
Download pyypl, then get as many firstbank card or Zenith Mastercard, use the $20 limit to fund the pyypl at bank rate, then the pyypl has its own virtual card.
U can then use the virtual card

Please I have the pyypl app on my phone I have been trying to sign up but they are requesting for international passport which I don't have please what should I do? I need your help.
