etcme: I just had a sad weekend. My SMS providers has been down since Tuesday. I just discovered it when I wanted to send some SMS for my clients. The most painful aspect of it is that their line has been switched off all this while. I have no other option than to join another reseller. But I will still catch them cause I have a lot of units there.
Just learnt my lessons.

sorry about that. its always good to have at least two sms providers incase one fails. what a sad story. my own experience was worse because I had to refund 18 people N360,000 because I was the middle man they knew. the remaining 12 people forfeited their N20,000 because they trusted me and already benefitted from the program before. I dont own the website but av been dealing with them for 3years with no issues. av never been to their office before but out of all the sms sites I use they are the cheapest and most effective. you dont need to call them to get bulk sms.

- include an active gsm line to be getting regular updates
- check current sms rates
- pay into the designated bank acct
- send a text indicating amount paid
depositor name and your username
- expect an alert once your sms is

I dont know the stuffs you want to buy to resell but using sales reps is a good move.I also use sales reps in some states for laptop sales.the best approach is to give them a percentage or specific income on each sale.since they will be hawking u may need to give them transport fare(not compulsory). you can also give them with free recharge cards weekly to motivate them.one of my students now use this method to sell zobo drink.she now makes over N20,000 daily from four sales girls who hawk the products to markets,bukas,churches/mosques,govt ministries etc.u will succeed ijn

I have been waiting patiently for someone to comment on this topic. yes am presently working on this business(biography writing) and the income potential is very huge. my target is to launch it on the 70th birthday of the special icon in October 2015. I believe so much in team work; according to john maxwell team work makes the dream work. its not really an african thing but a "leadership development" problem which unfortunately is prominent in most african countries and parts of asia & south america. when I say leadership development I dont mean occupying a political position only. leadership is actually about influence whether positively or negatively.

look at nigeria for example, the private sector is improving and expanding every year. we can now boast of good business brands with strong global presence. why is it the reverse in the public sector, its due to bad leadership. even most african parents dont support their children with good business ideas; but when it comes to wedding programs they will spend heavily just to show off and impress people. its so sad and painful but that is the hard truth.

during my nysc at Nigeria breweries lagos, I saw the power of team work. they outsource everything. cleaners, caterers, security guards, factory workers, fork lift drivers, haulage trucks and even their generators are all outsourced. I learnt the way I will want my business empire to be in future. from packaging to logistics to human resources to finance to health services to management, they all work with a sequential flow. team work is all about delegation strategies and is focused on organisational growth not personal success. I will recommend a book for you: TALENT IS NEVER ENOUGH. it will help you to develop your talents.

I dont match-make team members because building a team is a personal choice within your area of expertise or within your environment because "if people dont get along with you they wont go along with you". to attract the right person you have to become an attractive person. as you said you have good writing skills but that is not enough as you have to develop it consciously. there is this 3weeks course I enrolled for few years ago but I cant post it here. at that program you will mingle with over 500 people of like minds. this is where you can get good team members. you can even get people that will finance your ideas if you are not bouyant. you will excel and succeed. your best will become better this year ijn. keep following
