Hello nairalanders, about 6 days ago i re-sprayed my car from dark blue to white. I told the guy that normally does my car papers for me and he asked me to do an affifavid and police report, which i paid him to do.

Yesterday i was driving and the police stopped me, i showed them my complete documents and the affifavid and police report too of the "change of colour I did"

That was when he initially noticed that i have changed the car colour, he called his colleagues that are around and stopping other cars ny by the other side of the road and they took my car to the station, that the affifavid and police report that i did isn't enough to back the change of colour that i did. Please is it really possible and true that the affifavid and police report isn't enough to back up the change of colour that i did? My car is still at the station at the moment, i don't have the 250k they're requesting to bail the car, i have been pleading for 100k but they refused.

A man who renovated the big parlour with modern wood works few months after renting the apartment was serve quit after the landlord saw it and he also inturn destroyed every wood work he has done in the house.

I think it is hightime tenant stop renovating landlord's property to avoid situations like this.

My landlord did same to me ! It took me 1 year plus to look for a house because I needed a moderate house so I got this two bed house built since 2009. I thought I had gotten an average rent I can comfortably pay . The rent is 850, so I decided to do screeding , change 3 doors , changed sucket and all the bulbs less than 6 months into my rent the landlord sent me a message that my rent is now 1.3m Omo I weak but because getting a two bedroom around this environment will cost me nothing less than 1.6m-2.5m aside agency fee I just gat stay ohh . I did TV console that’s worth 1.1m although it’s detachable.


These old fools that spoilt these country are still exploiting us via rent. I am grateful to God that my dad built houses too in ph if not I for de cry for my self and I will build mine too

Written agreement, proof of ownership, custom duty payment, receipt of purchase and previous car yearly renewal documents.


Some Nigerian are thieves I recently bought RX 350 from someone I asked him if there’s tracker he said No , meanwhile there’s tracker I never knew I then bought and installed my own it started draining the car battery when I parked. I was in a phone repair shop yesterday when a man along with his wife came to the shop too to repair his phone.
When they checked the fault of the phone,the total cost of repairing the phone was 690,000 naira.
The man collected his phone from the phone repairer and was about to leave .
I told the man oga you be big man ,just pay with me giggling.
The man told me that the new phone of it costs about 1.3 mullion naira .
This is pure big man big wahala.

Similar thing happened to me , I bought Samsung fold 3 about four months ago, when I was driving last week my phone fell from my car seat and had a crack I called my plug to find out how much it will cost to change the screen he said 260k for phone I buy 650k I procrastinated the screen guard thing till I learnt the hard way. Like this I am not thinking of changing it , I will use it that way . Instead make I change just front screen crack for 260k , I will use that money to buy another phone worth that price. Na just small crack de the phone get , everything is still functional.



Samsung is too fragile, my iPhone 11 Pro Max has been falling hard yet no crack . iPhone is ahead of other brand Abeg. Phone of 650k is not suppose to get a crack for a phone that just fell inside a car.

Yesterday, my Boss made us work under the heavy rain and refused to pay us our salary until we complete the work.

When I got home, the dinner my wife cooked would not be enough for the children to eat so I went out to buy ₦300 akara to hold my belly until the next day.

This same thing Killed my baby girl just 4 days ago. Sad. Allegedly the umbilical cord wrapped around the babies neck according to the Nurses. However, I refuse to accept this huge Lie because when labour was about to start, no nurse or doctor was available to take charge. Infact I went all round the hospital searching for a nurse to attend to us meanwhile the baby head had already started coming out. Can you imagine the level of negligence going on in Nigerian hospitals? My babies head could be visibly seen coming out, stuck in between two worlds yet no single Nurse or Doctor was there to attend to her. When they came and started the process the child came out without life. Then they started blaming it on the umbilical cord saying that it wrapped the babies neck instead of blaming their negligence and incompetence. In short antenatal scans can detect if the umbilical cord is wrapped round the child's neck but so many hospitals don't have these medical devices and also pride won't allow them tell you to go and have this scan done elsewhere just to be sure.

Incompetence, Negligence and Corruption is killing our innocent unborn children.

Every year about 2.5 to 3 Million children die during childbirth die to these preventable reasons but nobody cares.

Money meant to improve health care will be swallowed by one commissioner or Senator while Millions of innocent lives end up paying the price for this corruption.

One day when am Senate President, am enacting the "DeathPenalty" for any corrupt government official or office holder convicted of corruption.

I doubt scan can reveal wrapped umbilical cord, my wife gave birth around August and four days before she gave birth we did full scan and it never detected the wrapped cord on my daughter although I had chosen C section because my baby’s weight was 3.9 tho she came out 3.7 and my wife was 40 weeks plus 5 days . I did my research and found out it’s risky to push a big baby then I opted for c section only for my daughter to come out with a wrapped cord and I did about 8 scan for this pregnancy because my wife had a false labor that was managed by the hospital so from time to time we keep checking for the safety of my daughter and none of these showed wrapped cord
